Our support team reviews every request within 48 business hours. Once verified, we’ll guide you through the repair or replacement process.
Product Authenticity Verification
Every DunVera product includes a unique serial number and a scratch-off QR code on its packaging or product body.
To confirm your product’s authenticity, visit www.dunvera.com/verify and enter your serial number or scan the QR code.
Only verified products are eligible for warranty and official customer support.
Note: Products purchased from unauthorized resellers may not qualify for warranty coverage.
Replacement & Repair Process
If a product is found defective and qualifies for replacement under warranty, DunVera will:
Provide an equivalent new or refurbished unit of the same model or updated version.
Cover outbound shipping from the nearest authorized warehouse (U.S. or regional partner).
In some cases, our team may offer a repair or component replacement option to minimize downtime.
